Answer:
I believe learning isn’t linear, especially in terms of health
sciences as we are constantly learning new things about the
body and changing the way we practice medicine. I do believe
that with practice we become better, but sometimes it’s
necessary to fail so that you may learn and improve. As I
progress in the program, however, I think the way in which I
approach the competencies will change. I believe that by
looking at competencies as a journey, rather than an isolated
event, I will be able to utilize my resources to be more
