Recent Properties - Answer-Section allows a user to see up to 10 most recently opened ARGUS
Enterprise files. A user can also open an .avux file form this section by clicking on "open property"
Property Portfolio - Answer-quickly create new portfolios, open existing portfolios, delete a portfolio,
duplicate an existing portfolio, or refresh the list of portfolios and properties.
Investment Portfolio - Answer-This button allows system administrators to configure access to
investment features
Sensitivity Assumptions - Answer-This section allows a user to create Sensitivity Assumption categories
that can be applied to multiple portfolios and properties
Charts of Accounts - Answer-We can access our already existing chart of accounts here as well as create
a new COA, import a COA from excel or delete a COA
Net Effective Rent - Answer-A performance metric for a lease that is intended to give an idea of the
annual value of any particular lease. Two Net Effective Rent categories are included when connecting to
the default AE database
Global Categories - Answer-There are five different options in this section: Manage Indices, Manage
Inflation Rates, Manage Classifications, Manage Currencies, Manage Interest Rates
