how long is the pool operator permit valid - ✔✔five (5) years from date of issuance
records onsite must include - ✔✔daily readings of the measurement of disinfectant
residuals and pH levels taken at least two (2) times during daylight hours each day or
operation; time, date & collector's initials must be clearly legible when recorded; two (20
daily readings & recordings of the disinfectant residuals and pH levels shall be taken a
minimum of six (6) hours apart; the operator shall read & record at least one
measurement of the disinfectant & pH level daily
