Skilled care - Answer-Medically necessary care given by a skilled nurse or therapist
Chronic - Answer-Conditions last a long period of time, even a lifetime
Diagnosis - Answer-Medical conditions determined by a doctor

Assisted living - Answer-Residences for people who need some help with daily care, such as showers,
meals, and dressing
Adult day services - Answer-For people who need help and supervision during certain hours but do not
live in a facility where care is provided
