location, select a local healthcare facility or provider to answer
the questions below.

Describe one clinical client-focused quality measure
currently analyzed in your practice location.
What data is collected, and from where is the data taken?

facility I work in is Level 1 and Level 2 Trauma Activations.
What data is collected, and from where is the data
taken?
There are many audit filters related to the trauma activations
which includes GCS upon arrival, patient weight in kg, 2 IV
attempts or less on pediatric patients, minimum of 2 sets of vitals,
Level 1 trauma transferred out in less than 60 min, Level 2
