 Kleppen van Heister = Ductus Cysticus
 Ductus Choledochus
 Papil van Vater

Patiënt moet nuchter zijn omdat:
 Geen dubbele wand (zoals wel bij een ontsteking en niet nuchtere patiënt).
 Ligging erg gevarieerd.
 Over projectie van lucht (door Duodenum of Flexura Hepatica van het Colon).


Ligging van patiënt tijdens het scannen:
 Rugligging
 Linker zijligging
 Want zo is te zien of te stenen losliggen
 Want zo kan je de over projectie van lucht aanpakken


Start onderzoek met:
 Ademcommando
 Bolle buik
 Druk met transducer (om te voorkomen dat ergens lucht voorkomt)


Transversaal vena portae: mickey sign
 Ductus Choledochus = rechts
 Arteria Hepatica Propia = links
 Vena Porta = achter
DR. ALVA  Ductus Rechts, Arteria Links, Vena Achter

Methodes:
1. Longitudinaal ventraal Vena Porta
2. Transversaal op vena Porta: Mickey Sign
3. In de pancreaskop: parallel en ventraal aan de Vena Cava Inferior
