termination for serious incidents and fundamental training programs and efficient
reporting systems for ensuring accountability and accessible resources to aid victim
recovery. All companies should clearly express their absolute intolerance of sexual
harassment to reduce risks from potential offenders. Organizations must perform prompt
and impartial investigations before implementing immediate disciplinary penalties when
harassment occurs.
