Homan's Value Proposition - The more valuable the result of an action is, the more
likely someone is to perform that action.
Homan's Deprivation/Satiation Proposition - If someone has received a certain reward
often in the past, that reward becomes less valuable when there's more of it.
Homan's Aggression/Approval Proposition - A) When someone's action does not result
in the expected rewards, they get angry and more likely to be aggressive - the results of
such behavior become more valuable to them.
B) When someone's action does result in expected rewards - especially greater than
expected or they don't receive expected punishment - they will be pleased and more
likely to repeat the action. Results of such behavior become more valuable to them.
Homan's Rationality Proposition - People will choose the alternative with the greater
reward of greater likelihood when choosing between two.
