Domain Name Service - Answer-A system of servers worldwide which maintain lookup
tables to map website's domain names to their IP addresses

HTTP Request - Answer-A request for a resource on the internet that is created by your
web browser when you type in or click on a URL.

HTTP Response - Answer-When a server receives an HTTP request it will respond with
a message of its own. Once again, the response will be sent entirely in ASCII-text and
must be correctly formatted.

Cookie - Answer-a small file containing a unique id which allows the organisations
running a website to monitor your interaction with their website.

Session Cookie - Answer-A small id file that is stored in Random Access Memory
(RAM), instead of on the hard drive, and only lasts for the duration of visiting a Web site.

Persistent Cookie - Answer-A small id file that is recorded on the hard drive of the
computer and does not expire when the browser closes. It allows user interactions to be
monitored over extended periods of time.

Firewall - Answer-Software or hardware- sometimes both- configured to monitor
network traffic and only allow certain, trusted traffic through it, whilst blocking suspicious
traffic.

DDOS attack - Answer-Distributed Denial Of Service. Multiple clients distributed around
the internet, flooding a server with useless traffic, causing the server to become
overloaded and unavailable.

Hash value - Answer-A unique value generated using a cryptographic hashing algorithm
based on data in the block. Acts like a digital fingerprint. Changing contents will
invalidate the hash value.

Digital currency - Answer-a currency that only exists electronically

Bruteforce Attack - Answer-Trial-and-error method to crack passwords and PIN
numbers using automated software to generate a continous stream of guesses.
