ex: don't agree with an idea for holiday party, but go along with it
Aggregating - > being able to come together during a hard time and figure out a solution
ex:no one brought projector or no one brought papers for essay, etc.
Professional Learning Communities - > teachers that come together that share what is and
is not working and learn from each other to improve their skills and student's performance
Pragmatic - > problem-solving issues that occur that are real and relevant
ex: dealing with things rationally even if emotions are high

Structural isolation - > when teachers are apart from other teachers throughout the day and
do not collaborate with them

ex: teacher lecturing to a hundred studetns and no engagement from students
