For this assignment, I will describe the legislation and framework which govern work

Enduring Power Of Attorney Act
The enduring power attorney act is when an individual that lacks mental capacity,
they will need another individual who is there to be able to manage their legal
problems at the same time there financial and health issues. So the mental capacity
act made a legal matter that individual who does not have a good enough mental
capacity to be able to make their own decision they can choose another individual
who they think and feel they are able to trust them to manage their finances properly
and make good enough health and welfare
decision that is on the benefit of the
individual. This all will be done through the
power of attorney this is a legal agreement
to give someone power over themselves.
This legislation is linked to dementia
because of an individual with dementia as
their condition progress in the late stage
they will need to give another individual the
power of attorney because they will get to a
point that they will not be able to make their own decision or be able to manage their
own financial and health problems themselves, so that is when the individual has
chosen can come and help them do this.

The human right acts are the rights that not only impact on individual life or death,
the impact on individual daily life and their belief.it’s the professional responsibility to
respect individuals rights whether they are different from the professionals. the
government have all the right to limit and to control peoples rights, that is depending
on the certain rights that the individual needs. So this link to the individual who has
dementia, because they will need certain rights and those rights and this right have
to be met whether they are able to provide care themselves for them to be met or
