Supine Arms Right Ans - Springs: R TO RB
Position: Line down with your legs in table top, hands in straps.
Cues: "pull belly button to spine"
- Exhale as you engage the abdominals and move your arms down towards
your hips
- Inhale as you return the arms to the starting position
- Keep your low back neutral
Feet in Straps Right Ans - Springs: RB to RR
Position: Line down on the carriage and put the straps on the arches of your
feet. use the footbar to step into the straps, once one foot is in stand into that
strap to put the other foot in.
Cues:
- Exhale as you engage the abdominals
- Maintain the position of your back and pelvis on the carriage
- Inhale as your legs return to the starting position
- Lower your legs only as far as your back can stay on the carriage
Bridging Right Ans - Springs: RR to RRR
Position: lie down on carriage, feet on the footbar
- Exhale: lift one vertebra at time, don't move the carriage
- inhale at the top
- exhale lower down one vertebra at a time
