This means washing hands with plain soap and water or using alcohol gel to decontaminate

POINTS TO REMEMBER HAND HYGIENE
Use running water
Use soap or antimicrobial soap
MUST be rubbed atleast 30 seconds
Keep finger nails short
Remove finger rings
Use disposable towel
To turn off the faucet use towel or sensor
The dispenser must be washed before refilled
