74-jarige man, opgenomen op De ….. op 13-08-2024. Door algehele achteruitgang na
exacerbatie (longaanval) COPD IV en covid is de hulpvraag toegenomen i.v.m.
afhankelijkheid.
Dhr. ligt veel op bed en gebruikt continue zuurstof. De hoeveelheid schommelt tussen de 3
en 4L O2 p/m.
Dhr. neemt regelmatig zijn pufjes niet (die hij in eigen beheer heeft), omdat hij deze vergeet.
Beleid na de acute situatie:
- Streefsaturatie van 88 tot 89%
- Saturatie 86-88% accepteren, mocht dhr. benauwder/onrustiger worden of gaan
zweten/grauw aanzicht krijgen dan O2 naar 5L ophogen, daarnaast dhr oramorph geven om
dhr rustiger te laten worden waardoor hij waarschijnlijk ook beter gaat ademen.
- oramorph naar 2x per dag vast (voor de ochtend- en avondzorg) en zo nodig tot 4x per dag
extra.
