Firstly, this assignment will describe the recruitment documentation used in a selected
organisation and describe the main employability, personal and communication skills
required when applying for a specific job role. This report will then assess the
importance of employability and personal skills in the recruitment and retention of staff
in a selected organisation. Afterwards, it will describe the main physical and
technological resources required in the operation of a selected organisation and it will
explain how the management of human, physical and technological resources can
improve the performance of a selected organisation. Lastly, this assignment will
evaluate how managing resources and controlling budget costs can improve the
performance of a business.

Staffing to meet changing business demands
Firstly, staff must be recruited into a business such as MBDA then correctly trained on
how to effectively carry out tasks and meet targets. They should then receive
appropriate and necessary resources that facilitates their work processes. The type of
staffing should also change to keep up with the changing demands of the business.
MBDA may have a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) which stores
information regarding staff training and experience. When business needs change
problems may surface, but with careful planning businesses can prevent these
problems.
Coordination of team resources to meet targets
It is important for MBDA’s teams to use resources strategically and effectively when
meeting targets. Resources can range from an individual’s skills within a team, staff
experience or financial resources. Team resources can be distributed to certain team
members to allow better coordination and to improve the performance of the team in
general. If MDBA’s teams are collaborating and organised, they should achieve their
objectives.
Monitoring of team performance
For any organisation including MBDA, team performance must not go unnoticed. It is
imperative to monitor the performance of a team to guarantee that the team is making
progress and performing as anticipated. Every member of a team must perform equally
