, INLEIDING:

Ik werk als begeleider bij een woonlocatie van de stichting Adullam in Genemuiden. Ik werk hier op twee
groepen, waar ik op de ene groep 3 en op de andere 4 bewoners begeleidt.

De bewoners hebben een matige of ernstige verstandelijke beperking met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag. Hun
emotionele niveau is tussen de 6 maanden en de 4 jaar. Samen met mijn collega’s zet ik mij in voor een
voorspelbaar en duidelijk dagprogramma. Het belangrijke doel binnen ons werk is dat we onze bewoners wijzen
op het eeuwigheidsperspectief. Maar we kijken ook naar hun behoeften en wensen die we zoveel mogelijk
proberen te realiseren.
