, Introduction
Construction of an infrastructure with sustainability is referred to as a key accountability of
the organisations of the construction industry. To ensure the accountability, the construction
organisations taken under consideration various components during the time of managing the
project (Sutton & Lovelock, 2016). Building science is an effective component which
ensured by the organisations so that sustainability of the infrastructure can be influenced. In
addition, the component of business design is applied with the aim of ensuring sustainability.
In the component of building design their various aspects are existed. For intense, structural,
technological, engineering, and architectural. These aspects helped to determine and allocate
required technologies. In addition, sustainable structure for the building is designed and
generation of the building architecture is ensured. In the built environment, the building or
infrastructure has a physical behaviour which is shaped by the component of building
science. Location and weather of the construction place is analysed by the component so that
positively the physical behaviour can be shaped, and sustainability can be influenced
(Marchant, 2021). Soil and water of the location and the climate of the location are analysed
critically by the component of building science with the aim of shaping the physical
behaviour. Due to the notable contribution of the building science, degradations are
determined and eliminated which influenced the sustainability in an organised way. This is
the way both the components of the built environment are functioned so that the
infrastructure can have sustainability in a productive manner.
In nature, the research project is conducted with a specific purpose and on-site inspection on
a low raise building is referred to as the key purpose of this project. Selection and inspection
of a low raise building is referred to as the task of this report. Therefore, the Majestic House
of Manchester city is selected so that the low raise building can be inspected. The structure,
construction materials, and physical behaviour of the Majestic House will be determined
through the inspection.

Overview of the Selected Building
In pursuing the aim of the research project, it is necessary for the researcher to select a low
raise building which is located in the UK and the researcher is required to inspect the
selecting infrastructure. Majestic House is selected for this research project which is located
in Manchester and the building is three floored. Therefore, the infrastructure is referred to as
low raise building. Ancient method is applied for designing the outdoor and for the indoor a
modern design is utilised. Innovative architecture is utilised so that the sustainability and
attractiveness of the infrastructure can be ensured.
Address
In this segment the address of the selected infrastructure will be explored. 329 Liverpool
Road, M30 8GF is referred to as the address of Majestic House which is selected for the
research project. Popchop Curry House is a brad restaurant of the UK which is located near
the infrastructure.
Location
To explore the location of Majestic House the researcher will utilise the Google map
technology. Majestic House location is explored below.
