viewpoint of the customer. Explores what customers expect, what is normal, and what
they find exciting.
Net Promoter Score - ANS A tool for measuring customer loyalty. Customers score
themselves on how likely they would be to recommend a product or service.

7-8: Passives (satisfied, but not enthusiastic)

Net Promoter Score = % of Promoters - % of Detractors
Use Case Diagram - ANS A model that shows all of the in-scope use cases for a solution
and which actors have a part in those use cases.
