upfront fees. Fraudster allow the homeowner to pay them mortgage payments while fraudster

- Debt elimination- homeowner pays upfront fee for debt elimination. Fraudsters then
persuade creditors to discharge the debts resulting in foreclosure, increased debt, ruined credit
