Costco Supervisor Interview With Complete Solutions
About Myself - ANSWER I am currently at studying at Western Illinois University, and I
am about to start my Senior year this fall. My current studies are Law Enforcement with
a minor in homeland security. I also enjoy doing outdoor activities.
Why would you like to be a Supervisor? - ANSWER I would like to be a supervisor, so that
I can try to improve Costco and grow with the company to assist better with anything
that I can. Be it aiding managers in managing better the everyday employees, or actually
completing assignments given onto me by managers.
What are 3 strengths that you have? 1.) I learn things fairly fast, and given enough time, I
should be able to teach it and pass on the values of my lesson to others. If others can
understand through my teaching-whether it may be a small packet, or some sort of
verbal and visual teaching-then my role as a supervisor would help the company by
facilitating tasks assigned by Costco Managers onto employees, along with myself of
course.
2.) Assuming leadership isn't difficult for me, provided I am given permission and some
sort of authority to conduct my duties. By assuming leadership, others can learn from
the way I conduct tasks that it can be done with a great sense of urgency, and with
priorities in mind.
3.) I am good at communicating with my peers about what needs to be done, and what
the reasoning behind it is. With the proper communication, the workload can be done
correctly as long as the message is clear and concise.
