RC Health Services is a private, vocational independent program.
Financial Resources
RC Health Services is a well-established private business with several years of successful
productivity and with a steady annual growth of 25%-30%. The EMS Academy program financial
resources are sufficient to assume the achievement of the program goals in the following ways:
● RC Health Services’ financial team completed proper planning and the set tuition
cost appropriately to cover program overhead costs.
● Additional income, such as American Heart Association Training Center revenue,
EMT and AEMT course revenue, also contribute to the financial stability of the
company
● RC Health Services financial team plans accordingly for all payroll, operational,
logistical and miscellaneous expenses that may be related to the program.
● RC Health Services financial team will plan accordingly to design marketing
strategies that ensure that the AEMT program remains current in the industry
trends relating to EMS and the instruction of those trends.
● RC Health Services will regularly review the financial status of the program and
will make any necessary adjustments as needed to ensure the stability and the
success of the program.
RC Health Services has been in existence for almost ten years and is the premier provider of
CPR, FIRST AID, BLS, ACLS, and PALS courses in Texas. We are an accredited American
Heart Association Training Center and have taught several thousand students to date including
EMT and AHA courses. We provide students with the most educational and convenient
training sessions in the Houston (Pearland and Spring), Austin, San Antonio, Fort Worth, Dallas,
Irving, and Plano areas. Our classes are tailored to fit students’ needs and we can provide
everything from the most basic CPR class to an intense Code Blue ACLS scenario.
Record Keeping
RC Health Services primarily uses a digital record keeping system with a full digital backup.
RCHS uses a password protected shared online drive to maintain student files between the
locations. RCHS utilizes STARS as the primary enrollment and student file maintenance system.
RCHS primary gradebook and online curriculum is recorded online at JB Learning through their
Navigate 2 program for both EMT and AEMT. The classroom, skills, and additional assignment
portions are uploaded to the shared drive and FISDAP . Students' digital file will be maintained
for a minimum of 5 years. This file may not be the entire JBLearning file however may contain
