The most dangerous woman in American typhoid mary
How would you feel is someone accused you on being the cause of a dangerous infectious

disease? or image being treat different based on who you are or even where you come from. I

believe that People health should be treated equally. I was scared when I started watching the

film because the sound that was played in the field was like from terror movies and the place was

in Pennsylvania. Moreover, after watching the video ‘’Typhoid Mary, the most dangerous

woman in America’’ If make me worry about the way those people were affecting because of that

infection diseases. On the other hand, I felt sad about Mary Mallon because even those she was

sick she didn't know that she was a healthy carrier of the Typhoid disease. She was a 37 years

old immigrant from Irish and maybe that was the factor that make the people from the

department of health treated her the way they did that was with not ethic and disrespectful.

One example in the film that demonstrates informed consent is when Mary Mallon didn’t

want to do any test regarding the disease of the Typhoid fever that George the detective was

accusing her because he believe she may be the one who was causing the infection disease that

was affecting many people in the town. The detective finds her in the family where she was

working, she told him if he was mad or something that she never been sick and that she will not

do any testing or go anywhere. She wasn't even helping to find the solution because she refused

to do any test to check if she was sick or had the infectious disease. However, she had the right

on making her own choice whether to go or not going, but she also needs to think about the

health of others who health can be in danger due to a disease that was having many in bed and
