and represent using a software system. These data
can be text and symbols base. Most of the time is
done through spreadsheet and mostly business
use it for decisions. Data modelling can be done
using Microsoft Excel software because it is the
most efficient software which all kind of features
for example calculating, making graphs, making
extra table and workout the data value.
• Data models are useful because the data can use
seen by using any spreadsheets application also
the data can be transfer able to different users,
also when you consider about the data modelling
you should use an efficient database so you have
all the tools you have for the data.
