health disorders. This exam will help the nurse assess the
patient’s mental status and interventions to
implement
Potential Complications Nursing Interventions
Patient will be able to answer and be try to refocus patient. If not stop and
assessed for all catoegories needed. reschedule interview.
If patient patient is found to be unstable,
proper interventions will be used to treat
patient.
