In other words for Part 1 you are required to identify an environmental problem from your own context. This could be an environmental problem that you have identified at work, in your personal life or in a chosen context. As such you set up educational sessions at the prison to educate the prisoners about the benefits of recycling, why pollution is bad for the environment, etc. This would represent the first component of a relevant environmental awareness and responsibility plan. As a second component, you then approach management to supply different bins to allow prisoners and staff to sort their rubbish and then when the rubbish is collected, the recyclable material is taken to the relevant recycling depots.
