Issues in Implementing an HRIS Training and Development Module/Application (10)
Implementing an HRIS (Human Resource Information System) training and development module
can greatly enhance organizational efficiency, but it can also present several challenges:
1. Resistance to Change: Employees may resist the introduction of a new system due to fear of the
unknown or discomfort with technology. This resistance can slow down the implementation
process and reduce the effectiveness of the HRIS module.
2. Cost of Implementation: Implementing a comprehensive HRIS module can be costly, especially
for small- to medium-sized businesses. The cost includes not only the software itself but also the
resources required for training, customization, and ongoing maintenance.
