What foods do they say should be labeled as healthy but do not meet current regulations? c. Compare and contrast Ballentine and Nestle’s arguments from the NPR article. d. What are the current rules for labeling something as healthy, and why does Nestle say that this works in the interest of the food manufacturers, not the consumer? The FDA requested public comment on the use of the word “healthy” in food labeling.
