In de module "OHBOV10 Verpleegkundige zorg verlenen aan mensen met een psychiatrische aandoening
" kreeg ik de buitengewone kans om mij volledig te verdiepen in dit vakgebied.

Voor de casestudy heb ik samengewerkt met een cliënt die gediagnosticeerd is met een bipolaire
stoornis. Om de vertrouwelijkheid van de cliënt te waarborgen, heb ik ervoor gekozen om de fictieve
naam "R" te gebruiken. De cliënt is op de hoogte gebracht van het verstrekken van medische informatie
en heeft hiervoor toestemming verleend.

Ik wil graag mijn docent, xxx, bedanken. Zijn deskundige begeleiding en inspirerende lessen hebben mijn
kennis verbreed en mijn inzicht in het vakgebied aanzienlijk verdiept. Ik waardeer enorm zijn geduld,
toewijding en bereidheid om vragen te beantwoorden en extra ondersteuning te bieden wanneer ik die
nodig had.
