1.Irregular School Attendance: Tommy takes turns remaining at home to
take care of their sick grandfather, as do the other older children in his
household. Due to his erratic attendance, he struggles to stay up with his
peers and has learning gaps.
2. Late Arrival at School: Tommy frequently arrives late to school because he
must retrieve water every morning from a river that is one kilometer away.
His tardiness throws off his study schedule and makes him miss out on
crucial teaching points.
3. Hunger and Malnutrition: Tommy experiences frequent hunger because no
one in his household has a job. His energy and focus are affected by hunger,
which makes it challenging for him to concentrate in class and learn the
material.
4.Tommy has four vision problems. No one is aware of his problems because
he has never had his eyes examined and is partially sighted. This issue is
