Value proposition
Business 1 Tech support (the home of technology
The first option that I have considered doing is a pop-up tech shop that offers people that do
not know how to use technology the option to become more tech savvy and developing the
understanding on how to use them. This is because in the world we live in today everything is
moving online and the people that I have been speaking to always ask me how do certain
things and this will be beneficial to help them do things that were not possible before.
Secondly with an aging population within the UK it has never been more important that they
keep up with the trends in the market the market is estimated Revenue in the IT Services
market is projected to reach US$94.08bn in 2024. IT Outsourcing dominates the market with
a projected market volume of US$35.51bn in 2024. With everything moving online these days
and store beginning to close to adopt digital platforms the older people may feel isolated as
they do not have the skills to do so.
ownership
The ownership of the business will be a partnership this is because we can share the
responsibilities evenly as one person can put the customers in to the database another one
