Finally you must describe how the relevant chairs of Public Services assert their authority and how they enforce obedience: •Independent Police Complaints Commission, • HM Chief Inspector of Prisons, • HM Chief Inspector of Fire Services • Extent of authority • Power or right to enforce obedience
