Scrub nurse - Responsible for scrubbing for surgery, including setting up sterile tables and equipments PACU nurse - Responsible for caring of the client until the client has recovered from the effects of anesthesia Orthopedic procedures - A type of surgery that carries big equipments Diagnostic - used to determine the cause of an illness or disorder Curative - tending to overcome disease and promote recovery Reconstructive - concerned with the restoration, construction, reconstruction, or improvement in shape and appearance of body structures Palliative - affording relief but not a cure Optional surgery - done totally at the clients discretion
