Introduction
In this report I will be evaluating the importance of e-business and how significant it
is in making a business successful along with the development of e-business.
Findings
The business organization which I have selected for this task is Amazon which is
one of the most successful businesses in the development of E-business. The
business organization sector can be benefited in various ways with the growing uses
of E-business such as buying, selling and
advertising methods. Additionally businesses
that operate and aimed solely web-based have
certain negatives in this business approach as it
is not always appropriate for the use of E-
business due to the problems sometimes by a business or company such as
Amazon being web-based, for example customers might choose not to purchase or
sell as they’re not able to view products in person also certain restrictions such as
search fields and delivery options limit customers buying and selling flexibility.
Furthermore if the business organization has right skill, knowledge and techniques to
use the internet for business purposes then there are high chances to grow and
develop the use of E-business worldwide.

This report is to evaluate the successfulness of a business or organisation such as
Amazon.com by identifying how this business became successful with the expanding
use of E-business. The report also describes how E-business has benefited
Amazon.com by achieving success through the online business sector. It also
contains the explanation of the problems that Amazon face due to only operating
using the web. Lastly this report will include recommendation on how Amazon can
