, VOORWOORD



Mijn naam is XXX. Ik ben 29 jaar oud en leef samen met mijn partner in XXX. Ik kom
oorspronkelijk uit Duitsland en ben in september 2020 voor de liefde naar Nederland
verhuisd. Naar mijn verhuizing durfde ik het aan om aan een nieuwe opleiding te beginnen
en studeer nu sinds december 2020 HBO Bachelor Fysiotherapie.

Ik zit nu in mijn tweede jaar van de opleiding bachelor fysiotherapie. Voor u ligt mijn
moduleopdracht voor Multidisciplinair innoveren welke is geschreven in opdracht van de
NCOI, onderdeel van ProEducation.

Als onderdeel van deze moduleopdracht ben ik intensief bezig geweest met het onderwerp
COPD.
