concluderen voor antwoord:

EXCEPTIEF VERWEER

De inleidende dagvaarding van de eisende partij bevat nietigheden op grond waarvan de artikelen
111 Rv jo. 120 vorderen om de dagvaarding nietig te verklaren. De nietigheden van de dagvaarding
komen voort uit de onjuiste gegevens van Eiser. Zowel de gegevens van de rechtbank, die hoort te
zijn rechtbank Rotterdam (niet Zuid-Holland), als de gegevens van de gemachtigde van de Eiser, die
hoort te zijn rechtsbijstandverzekering Arag (niet Klaverblad), zijn onjuist vermeld.

Indien de rechter van mening is dat de dagvaarding niet leidt tot nietigheid, wordt hierna inhoudelijk
ingegaan op de dagvaarding.
