Veel mensen zien werk ook als een middel om zich te ontplooien. Door te werken
krijg je de mogelijkheid om persoonlijke kwaliteiten te ontwikkelen. Ook zorgt werk
voor zelfwaardering en respect. Door te werken krijg je het gevoel iets te presteren.
Door te werken dragen mensen bij aan de economische groei en welvaart van een
land.
