classrooms and to establish conducive learning environments for all students. This is a tough task
that would necessitate extensive planning. No amount of training will prepare you for the challenges
you will face in the classroom. As a result, it is critical to constantly watch, question, diagnose,
develop, and redesign in order to become more productive. However, in order to be relevant and up
to date in your job, you must be trained on a regular basis. As a teacher, you must think clearly and
take proper actions to instill desirable learning in your students.

b. differentiation

Differentiation is a method of tailoring instruction to match the requirements of individual students.
Teachers can differentiate the learning process, content, resources, or learning environment.
Differentiation can be one of the most effective educational tools when combined with variable
grouping and continual evaluation. Differentiation is a teaching strategy that changes lessons to
match the requirements of individual pupils. Teachers can discriminate in a variety of ways, including
the process of instruction, the subject taught, the tools employed, and the learning environment.

c. inclusivity

Inclusive teaching means teaching in a way that:

➢ Respects the diversity of students
➢ enables all students to take part in learning and fulfil their potential
➢ ensures different students’ learning needs and preferences are met, regardless of their
backgrounds, learning styles or abilities
➢ removes any barriers that prevent students from learning.

d. teacher professionalism

Teacher professionalism is defined as a set of common norms that encompass professional
knowledge, abilities, and behavior that distinguishes successful teaching. These standards are a
necessary tool for improving teaching and learning.

e. ethics

Ethics is a discipline of philosophy concerned with value theory. The moral beliefs and norms about
right and wrong that impact teachers' behavior, attitude, and ideals are referred to as the ethics of
the teaching profession.
