strain on individual teachers and created a supportive network that echoed with the
spirit of unity. This initiative was effective in providing support for newer teachers and
addressing the overcrowded classrooms by creating a collaborative environment.
In response to outdated resources, UNITY embraced technology by creating a digital
platform where teachers could access and share lesson plans, resources, and
creative teaching ideas. This initiative was effective in injecting vitality into
classrooms and providing students with a more engaging learning experience.
The effectiveness of the UNITY PLC can be seen in the success of their initiatives,
as well as in the fact that other township schools joined the movement. The network
