Nowadays, good ports' efficiency and effectiveness are the prime movers of the
transmarine industry in terms of smoothing the global distribution networks. Durban
Port is an important point situated along the busiest trade routes which generate
systemic problems, impeding its efficiency and the comfort of its clients. Analyzed
issues like the time consuming waiting, congesting and holding-up streams are not
