What do UCC's do?
- Review I/M's cases at least annually to consider the accuracy of
the I/M's score, custody level, program and group placement, and
recommendation for transfer
+ A parole violator's first annual review may be delayed for up to 5
months so that it will coincide with score updates
- Change in I/M's WG and PG
- Conduct post board classification on an I/M within 15 days of
receipt of official notice of a BPH decision regarding the I/M
- Act on an I/M's request for restoration of forfeited credits for
less than C offenses per section 3327
