The first copy must be issued to the inmate along with all supporting documentation (115, 115a, 115c, 7219, 837, and etc. if applicable) · The first copy of the CDCR 115 must be issued to the inmate within 15 days from the date the infraction was discovered. 10. Assign an Investigative Employee and Staff Assistant if Applicable 11. Hearing- Finding and Disposition · The CDCR 115 must be heard within 30 days but not less than 24 hours after the initial copy has been given to the inmate. Unless the inmate request the hearing be postponed pending the outcome of a D.A. Referral. (The D.A. referral applies only to serious 115's) Findings and Dispositions are typed on 115 12. Hearing Officer (HO) or Senior Hearing Officer (SHO) reviews and signs the typed disposition for accuracy. 13. The CDCR 115 is given to the Facility Captain for final review and signature 14. The CDCR 115 is given to the Chief Disciplinary Officer (CDO) for review and signature 15.
