In conjunction with surgery or radiation In combination with immunotherapy drugs or different types of chemo drugs 9. complete response: no cancer identified for at least one month 10. partial response: measurable tumor is reduced by 50% for at least 1 monthwithout development of new tumors 11. stable dz: tumorisreduced in side by lessthan 50% orlessthan a 25% increasein tumor growth occurs 12. Progressive dz: tumor growth of more than 25% or development of new cancergrowth in the body 13. relapse/recurrence: new tumor growth after experiencing a complete response 14. S phase chemo tx: prevent cells from making DNA/RNA by inhibiting thebiosynthesis of nucleic acids Antifolates (methotrexate)
