Experiment A: Zuivering van paardenlever ADH
Bepaal de ADH-activiteit per ml volume. Bepaal de eiwitconcentratie per ml volume.

Net als in practicum 2:
1,0 ml Glycine-NaOH buffer
0,1 ml NAD+
0,5 ml ethanol
0,5 ml leverextract (zuiver en onzuiver, in duplo)
