One of the most common abnormal postures seen in seating Posterior Pelvic Tilt with Thoracic Kyphosis - If a person is in posterior pelvic tilt and has normal head righting reactions, the trunk will curve forward and neck may hyperextend in thoracic kyphosis in order to achieve upright head position and level field of vision
