Bouw respiratoir systeem
Vier functies van de luchtwegen:
1. Gas wisseling
2. pH regulatie
3. Bescherming tegen ziektes
4. Vocalisatie

Bulk flow:
- Van hoge druk naar lage druk
- Spieren als pomp
- Weerstand veranderen door de diameter aan te passen

Cellulaire respiratie: Intracellulaire reactie van O2 met organische moleculen
Externe respiratie: Beweging van gassen tussen de lucht en cellen
1. Uitwisseling van lucht tussen de atmosfeer en longen
- Ventilatie
- Inspiratie: Longen in
- Expiratie: Longen uit
2. Uitwisseling van O2 en CO2 tussen longen en bloed
3. Uitwisseling van O2 en CO2 in het bloed
4. Uitwisseling van gas tussen bloed en cellen


Respiratoir systeem:
- Luchtwegen
- Alveoli
- Botten en spieren

Bovenste luchtwegen

Onderste luchtwegen


Pleuraal vocht:
1. Zorgt voor een vochtig oppervlak zodat de oppervlaktes langs elkaar kunnen
schuiven
2. Zorgt ervoor dat de longen vast zitten aan de borstkast

Luchtwegen:
- Trachea
- Primaire bronchi, een bronchus naar elke long
- Bronchioles
- Terminale bronchiole
- Respiratoir bronchiole
- Alveoli

Functie luchtwegen
1. Lucht verwarmen
2. Waterdamp toevoegen
3. Vuil wegzuiveren
