resources, and I also did a quick analysis of the subjects. I have been very diligent, especially
during the project's data collection phase. Before incorporating the other participants' data

Abstract
The following Research has mainly described the importance of the technology and how it
makes an impact on the business operations of the Keltbray Company. Being a leading
construction company, they mainly focus on innovation of their products. Here in this process
the company also explains the role of technological advancements in the workforce. The
introduction part also has illustrated the positive and negative impact of technology which
basically stabilises the business growth. In chapter two the project mainly focuses on the past
research that has been done in this study. The research has used some aims and objectives
that focus on how the technology has influenced the overall expectations of Keltbray
Company.
Mainly the research project also demonstrated how technology has made an impact on the
growth of the company. After that, the company has also evaluated the challenges that the
Keltbray Company has faced. Furtherly, the project also described the literature gap to find
secondary analysis that has been used in the research. In chapter three the researcher mainly
demonstrated the research methodologies including research onion, research approach,
research design, research philosophy, data collection tools, data analysis and ethical
consideration. In chapter four, the research mainly belongs to data analysis and findings
where the researcher only uses secondary analysis where they analysis of several graphs and
figures extracted from relevant and reliable sources. Additionally, the research also gathers
all the relevant points at the end to conclude the project to influence the technological
construction of an orgnaisation that has been mentioned in the research.
