Silent answers or nods are not acceptable. Typically using verbiage "Subscribed and sworn to..." Acknowledgement: Must use correct certificate wording. Can't use Jurat certificate for Acknowledgement and vice versa. Will use "acknowledge before me" or similar wording. 3.
