She was also subject to even more types of fallacies while at work and out with coworkers. I will discuss the different fallacies and her critical thinking skills through her emotion and verbal and nonverbal communication. I believe she made a great argument about why the warranty should be changed for customers which I will discuss in detail later. Elements of Critical Thinking Sally dealt with 3 critical thinking problems in 3 completely different ways. I think Sally is an effective critical thinker. She was able to adjust her communication style to meet the needs of the situation. She was also able to find a solution to the problem each time. While out with coworkers she did not have enough information for the cause of friction in the workplace. Instead of arguing it with her coworkers she made it seem she was conforming to them. In the situation with the customer was able to deescalate the situation while finding him a solution to his prob
