I use it during a job interview and assess the person interviewing me to see what they are really asking me. You learn to read between the lines better as your critical thinking skills improve. I love that I am able to learn from others mistakes so I do not follow their example. I try to set the example for other people that are like myself and believe in the ‘work smarter not harder” motto. My favorite lesson that I have learned from this course is the Five-Step Model of Problem Solving section. I plan on using it and following it to solve many of my bigger problems. I had an idea before taking this course but this course made it clearer and easier to understand HOW to apply it to my everyday life. Take my job for example; my problem is that I am getting laid off
