Structure:
The thorntons website is easy to use, it has a lot of options to choose from which could seem
daunting but they are well organised
and seem to make sense. I can easily
add items to my cart and the
payment is simple and easy to use. If
you can't find what you want there is
a search function and that allows you
to find everything you need. The
display of the products are right in
front of you. They are there and
always easy to see a make you know
what you want. It is very obvious to see what you want. Personal details entry is easy to do
because they have an account button right at the top and a sign up at the bottom so you can't
miss it wherever you are on the page and it has a few little popups sometimes to tell you if you
want to.

Hosting:
Thorntons outsourced their website to another company i assume to make sure the website is
top quality, i assume that the website isp is also stored somewhere else maybe with the
subcontractor or with another company as it would be cheaper. The thorntons website shows
that it is outsourced because of how well designed it is because if it is in house usually they
aren't as good as outsourcing.

Promotion:
